The second month of the When Work Works (WWW) roll-out to SHRM State Councils and Chapters continues with a visit to the Ocean State on February 29, 2012. In Rhode Island, current WWW community partner, the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, is holding a joint workplace flexibility program with the Rhode Island State Council of SHRM. This is a great example of how SHRM State Councils or Chapters can collaborate to promote effective and flexible workplaces in their state or community! More information on this nation-wide effort can be found at www.whenworkworks.org.
