Taylor Foss is the new senior vice president of human resources at Mission Health System, headquartered in Asheville, N.C. In this role she will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and will be involved heavily in health system integration work.

Taylor received her master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania.
For the past seven years, Foss worked at LifeBridge Health as vice president and chief human resource officer. LifeBridge is a regional health care system based in the greater Baltimore area. Prior to that, she spent many years in banking, managing HR and serving as a chief administrative officer.
LifeBridge was named one of Fortune magazine’s “Top Companies to Work For” (2010), won the Best Place to Work designation from the Baltimore Business Journal (2006, 2007 and 2008), and received Maryland TOPS Employer of Distinction Award.
Foss has served as the chair of the Women’s Leadership Council and board member, United Way of Central Maryland; National Women’s Leadership Council member and chair of the Leadership Committee for the United Way of America; and board member, College of Notre Dame, Baltimore.
Naureen McMillan, SPHR-CA, has joined Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers, Inc., as human resources director. She has over 15 years’ experience in human resources with expertise in management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting and selection. She previously served as manager of human resource services at RSJ/Swenson LLC.
“Naureen’s extensive human resources expertise paired with her ability to effectively communicate with employees at every level made her an attractive choice for director,” said Poms & Associates President, David Poms. “She will play a pivotal role in working with our greatest asset, Poms’ employees.”
McMillan previously served as vice chair of the California Bankers Association Group Insurance Plans Committee. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.
