Noula Kondovski has been appointed senior vice president of Human Resources, Aon Hewitt Canada. Kondovski will be responsible for determining and deploying talent strategies for Aon Hewitt Consulting, HR Business Process Outsourcing and Benefits Administration. She will report to Aon Hewitt Chief Human Resources Officer Artell Smith.
Kondovski has more than 24 years of experience in increasing leadership roles in human resources at Aon, culminating in her most recent position as vice president and global head of Talent Development for Aon Risk Solutions, where she was critical to the implementation of key learning and development and succession planning processes. Throughout her tenure at Aon, Kondovski has led change management and employment equity initiatives.
Kondovski “has been a central source of strength to the Aon Canada HR structure and its colleagues over the past 14 years,” said Smith. “I’m thrilled she is joining the Aon Hewitt team.”

Erin Bushnell has been named associate vice president of Pennoni Associates, a leading engineering, design and consulting firm, in its Philadelphia office.
Bushnell serves as the director of Human Resources and has been with the firm for more than 10 years. She is responsible for the initiation and management of human resources programs and policies that further the strategy of the firm. Her areas of expertise include partnering with managers to help achieve corporate goals, employee relations, staff development, corporate training program planning and administration, vendor selection and negotiation, development and interpretation of policies and procedures, benefit and wellness plan design and administration, and 401(k) plan and employee stock ownership plan administration.
She is also skilled in HRIS report writing and data analysis, workers compensation administration, unemployment compensation administration, employee induction and orientation, compliance with employment-related regulations, and affirmative action plan development and administration.
Bushnell serves on the Board of the Junior League of Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
