Vikesh Mahendroo has been named CEO by the Continuous Learning Group, Inc. (CLG). He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Pittsburgh.
Mahendroo brings over 25 years of leadership and international consulting experience with some of the world’s top firms. He joins CLG from his role as CEO of Intrepid Learning Solutions, a firm specializing in the design and delivery of business-focused learning solutions and strategic learning consulting services.
Prior to serving as Intrepid CEO, he was global executive vice president of Mercer Human Resource Consulting. In his time at Mercer, he also served as president of the U.S. company, led the global implementation of their Client Experience Measurement program and was global leader of global accounts. Mahendroo chaired the Global Leadership Team and the Worldwide Partners Group. He has extensive experience working with large multinational companies.
Mahendroo received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, India, and an MBA from Columbia University.
Monica Rego has been promoted to vice president of human resources for NBC 4 New York. Rego worked for the Telemundo Network in Hialeah, Fla., as the director of organizational development and strategy for Telemundo Network, Stations and International, where she had been since 2005.
During her tenure, Rego has worked with and supported many different client groups, including news, sports, digital media, programming, research and marketing. She has been involved in supporting Project Fusion, NBCUniversal’s international transition into Brazil and Mexico.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Rego held HR/leadership roles with various companies, including Levi Strauss, British Airways and Panalpina, with strong experience in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean markets.
Rego graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in Human Development and Business. She completed executive coaching training at the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, Calif.
