The Kansas State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management (KS-SHRM) created a 2010 Elections Committee to focus on the 2010 Elections in an effort to build stronger relationships with elected officials and garner political capital while assisting local chapter members with becoming acquainted with candidates running in their area through a variety of activities including a candidate survey, meet and greet events, candidate interviews and debates, a 2010 Voting Guide and 2010 “Get Out the Vote” campaign.
