Membership Star and Superstar Goals Revised for 2011 and Extended for 2012
We recognize that sustained SHRM membership growth from year to year is challenging, especially in this economic climate. As such, for 2011, we are making the following changes to SHAPE requirements related to achieving membership star/superstar status. The revised definitions for calendar year 2011 are as follows:
Star: 0% - 2.9%
Superstar: 3% +
The 2011 thresholds have been extended for the 2012 SHAPE program year.

NEW! The Idea Center has moved online! We moved the Idea Center from the SHAPE Planning Workbook for 2012. The new online version replaces the version previously found in the appendix of the planning workbook. The new online version includes samples of initiatives reported in the 2010 SHAPE Year-End Reports.
