Cancellation/Transfer Policy
- Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to +1-703-535-6491 or e-mailed to shrm@shrm.org.
- Cancellations will be assessed a $250 administrative fee until 8/6/2010.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from 8/7/2010-10/1/2010.
- Cancellations received after 10/1/2010, are nonrefundable.
If the SHRM member tranfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things:
- Pay the difference of the SHRM Member and nonmember price at the time of transfer.
- Become a SHRM member at the time of transfer.
