How to Register
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation must be in writing and faxed to 703-535-6490 or emailed to cscresearch@shrm.org.
- Cancellations received November 1, 2011 - December 30, 2011 will be assessed a $250 administrative fee.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received December 31 - February 17, 2012.
- Cancellations received after February 7, 2012, are nonrefundable.
- If a SHRM members transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things:
- Pay the difference of the SHRM member and nonmember price at the time of the transfer; or
- Become a SHRM member at the time of the transfer.
