Hotel Accommodations
The SHRM Housing Bureau is now open. SHRM has secured blocks of rooms at many San Diego hotels. Make reservations online or call the Wyndham Jade/SHRM Housing Bureau from 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., CST, Monday–Friday at (888) 241-8396 (U.S.), or (972) 349-7473.
It is recommended that you make your reservations early. Full descriptions of all SHRM conference hotels are available online. Reservations made online will result in the immediate confirmation of your housing arrangements. Please do not contact the hotels directly.
NOTE: Room blocks of ten or more must be made by filling out a group block request form.
Housing Instructions
Please have the following information available when calling for reservations:
- Name of conference—SHRM
- First, second and third choice of hotels
- Arrival/departure dates
- Number of rooms required
- Type of room (single, double, etc.)
- Number of persons in party
- Names of all occupants in room
- Arrival time
- Telephone and fax number; e-mail address if applicable (confirmation will be sent to this e-mail address.)
- Special requests (nonsmoking, king, view, crib, etc.)
- Disability assistance required, if applicable (please be specific)
- Credit card name, number and expiration date
- Address to which confirmation will be sent
All hotels in San Diego require one night’s room and tax in advance, per reservation. Your credit card will be charged this amount at the time of your reservation. If you do not use a credit card to guarantee your reservation, a check for one night’s room and tax must be mailed to:

Confirmations
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Wyndham Jade/SHRM Housing Bureau. You may also receive an additional confirmation from your individual hotel.
Hospitality Suites
Exhibitors may request hospitality suites when making sleeping room reservations. Hospitality suites are reserved for exhibiting companies only. Please remember that no functions are allowed during official conference hours.
Changes/Cancellations
All changes/cancellations must be made with the Wyndham Jade/SHRM Housing Bureau. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for the cancellation policy. After the date indicated, all deposits are nonrefundable.
Shuttle Service
Complimentary daily shuttle service will be provided between most hotels and the San Diego Convention Center. A complete schedule will be available at www.shrm.org/conferences/annual. Service will begin operating on Saturday, June 26, and continue during all official conference functions through closing on Wednesday, June 30.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
