Important
You must hold the PHR or SPHR certification designation to sit for the California certification examination. Upon passing the California certification exam, you will be awarded the designation of PHR-CA or SPHR-CA depending on the national certification you hold.
This training program is not a substitute for the certification exam. If an individual wishes to take either the PHR-CA or SPHR-CA examination, he or she must complete a separate application form available through the HR Certification Institute’s website at www.hrci.org.
