The SHRM Global Learning System is designed for HR professionals with at least two years of exempt-level HR experience. The primary focus is the global practice and application of human resources. Basic HR practices such as compensation, selection, legal compliance and benefits will be covered briefly. Each module has a case study that demonstrates how the content is applied in practical situations. The modules correspond to the domains of the GPHR body of knowledge.
