Seating is limited. Many SHRM programs sell out quickly, so we encourage you to register early. Daily continental breakfast and afternoon refreshments are included in registration fees. Parking is not included in registration fees. If you are unable to register before the course start date and plan to register on-site, please call to verify that the course is not sold out or cancelled before making your travel arrangements.
STEP 2: Confirmation
Your confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Review it for accuracy and bring it with you to the seminar. Your confirmation verifies your course registration. When this has been received, we suggest making hotel reservations and airline/travel arrangements. If you do not receive your confirmation shortly after you register, please call the SHRM Member Care Center at 800.283.SHRM (7476), option #3; or +1.703-548.3440, option #3.
STEP 3: Accommodations & Travel
Please confirm your registration before making hotel and travel arrangements.
Do not make nonrefundable travel arrangements until your registration is confirmed.

Transfers and Cancellation
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax, no later than 10 business days before the program start date. You may transfer into another program that will be held before December 31, 2014. If you are unable to attend the program to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. All transfers must be made in writing using our online form or can be faxed to +1.703.535.6490.
Special note: Transfers will not be permitted for seminars held in Canada.
All cancellations must be in writing using our online form or can be faxed to +1.703.535.6490. Should the program be cancelled, SHRM is not responsible for any penalty incurred by purchasing a nonrefundable airline ticket or related travel/personal costs. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee up to 10 business days before the program. If you find that you are unable to attend and it is less than 10 business days before the program start date, you may send a replacement to attend in your place. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee.
Participants who cancel their registration for any PHR/SPHR Certification Preparation (3 days), the GPHR Certification Preparation (3 days), the California Certification Preparation (2 days), the Virtual Certification Preparation (6–7 weeks) or the Virtual Essentials of HR Management (4 weeks) programs should follow the same guidelines above, except you will have to return the SHRM Learning System for PHR/SPHR, SHRM Learning System for GPHR, SHRM California Learning System, or SHRM Essentials of HR Management unopened; otherwise, you will be charged the purchase price of $695 SHRM Member/$870 Nonmember for the SHRM Learning System for PHR/SPHR or SHRM Learning System for GPHR; the purchase price of $265 for SHRM Member/$295 Nonmember for the SHRM California Learning System; or the purchase price of $330 SHRM Member/$395 Nonmember for the SHRM Essentials of HR Management. Your refund will be equal to the registration fee, minus the applicable cost of the tools, minus a $250 administrative fee.
