Standards Bodies 

SHRM sponsors the creation of national level HR standards by administering several taskforces that focus on specific areas within the purview of HR and operate according to ANSI procedures for developing American National Standards. SHRM also supports the development of global HR standards through its role as administrator of the US TAG to ISO TC 260 for Human Resource Management.
