Desk Copy Requests

College professors located in the United States are entitled to one (1) desk copy of each adopted title (maximum: 3 titles) per calendar year.
The details:

There will be a charge of $7.95US per requested book (a maximum of 3 books) to cover shipping and handling in the United States.
- Limited to 1 copy per title per calendar year per college/university.

No residential delivery.

If a requested book includes a CD-ROM, the charge will be $10.00US for that book.

Standard delivery is 10-15 business days following payment. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

SHRM reserves the right to decline any request.

If your desk copy request is approved you will be contacted to provide credit card information. Do not send cash or check.
Note: If you are requesting books that the SHRMStore distributes (item # starts with 48) or that SHRM copublished with other publishers, you will need to contact the publisher about their desk copy policy.
