Examination Copies

SHRM is pleased to provide examination copies of its books to college professors in the U.S. who wish to consider a title for course use. SHRM offers a substantial exam copy discount.

The details are: 

• Books published by SHRM are available for course adoption examination at 50% off list price.
• Limited to 1 copy per title per calendar year.
• A maximum of 3 titles may be ordered at any one time and qualify for the discount.
• No residential delivery.
• Some SHRM-published books are excluded from this program.
• Only e-mail requests from college e-mail addresses (.edu) will be considered.
• Standard delivery is 10-15 business days following payment. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
• SHRM reserves the right to decline any request.

Examination copies are yours to keep, whether or not you adopt the book(s) for your course.

If your review copy request is approved you will be contacted to provide credit card information. Do not send cash or check.

Note: If you are requesting books that the SHRMStore distributes (item # starts with 48) or that SHRM copublished with other publishers, you will need to contact the publisher about their examination copy policy.
