BALANCEpay, combined with the compensation designer, is one of the first software packages to allow employers to establish and assign values to different pay factors determined and measured by the organization. One of the first online pharmacy services specifically designed for health savings accounts (HSAs) has been launched by drugstore.com inc. at www.drugstore.com/hsa. The new online service identifies more than 3,000 HSA-eligible products, automatically tracks purchases and provides users an HSA-only receipt for purchases. Any consumer can use the online HSA store. Customers may purchase prescriptions from the drugstore.com pharmacy and contact lenses from drugstore.com at www.visiondirect.com. First-time customers can receive a 15 percent discount on their first purchases of select items.
