As 2011 comes to an end, this SHRM poll examines whether organizations are planning to hold end of year or holiday parties. More than one-half (68%) of organizations will hold a 2011 end of year/holiday party for employees. Of those organizations, many (61%) indicated their party location as traditionally being off-site.
