This poll examines organizations’ holiday schedule for 2012. Of the ten federal holidays, the most commonly observed holidays for 2012 will be New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Despite current economic challenges, the majority (96%) of organizations reported plans of offering the same number of holidays to their employees in 2012 compared with 2011.
