The vast majority (98%) of organizations reported that they have a formal employee performance evaluation process, and more than half (54%) have a formal calibration or group review process to ensure consistency across ratings/reviews. This report also looks at what types of competency models and quantitative performance metrics are being used by organizations as well as how diversity goals and policies are tied to management incentive pay and business strategies.
