Nearly one-third (31%) of organization said they are currently providing or planning to provide assistance with relief efforts to aid victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan; several (69%) of the organizations are encouraging employees to donate individually without company involvement while almost one-half (46%) are matching employee contributions through company-organized programs.
