Effective Practice Guideline Reports
The Effective Practice Guideline reports (EPG) series provide a concise summary of  important research findings in a condensed, easy-to-use format for busy HR professionals. Two (2) reports published and released in 2013 will focus on:

Shaping an Ethical Workplace Culture
This new report will briefly summarize the relevant research around ethics in the workplace, and will identify specific ways HR can foster a more ethical corporate culture. For example, how can organizations assess and develop leaders for ethical conduct? What types of efforts are the most successful? This report will highlight research which has proved to be most effective, while also including company examples and guidelines for management practice based on the research.

Workplace Flexibility
Offering flexible work environments gives employees greater autonomy to decide how, where and when they do their best work, yet some companies still resist changing the traditional workplace. This new report will summarize what research informs us about effective practices in the area of workplace flexibility, and how effective implementation of such an environment can increase output.  The report will provide answers to such questions as how to create a flexible work environment, how to measure and evaluate workers in such an environment and how to set boundaries.
