Teaching Resource Available
The 2005 Fast Company article, "Why We Hate HR," generated a lot of controversy and was widely debated within the HR community. In response, SHRM and the SHRM Foundation commissioned a teaching note that provides guidance on using the article to generate discussion in the classroom. The teaching note provides a summary of the original article, an article critique, instructor discussion points, discussion questions and additional references.
