Memphis Immigration Lawyer Greg Siskind Authors Book on Immigration Compliance
Alexandria, Va. - Memphis-based immigration lawyer Greg Siskind offers help to employers with his book released this summer, “The Employer’s Immigration Compliance Desk Reference,” co-published by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and ILW.com.
This plain-English reference manual is written for Human Resource professionals and others charged with the difficult task of guiding employers through the tribulations of immigration compliance. The book answers over 500 questions and includes valuable information on a number of subjects including I-9 compliance, the E-Verify electronic employment verification system, new state immigration laws, immigration issues in downsizing and merger situations as well as an overview of the visa application system.
