Is your organization leveraging work-life programs to improve employee engagement? Are your company's workplace flexibility initiatives contributing to business success? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then it's time to take action and apply for the 2014 Sloan Award for Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility!  All worksites with 10 or more employees are invited to complete the Sloan Award employer questionnaire between now and April 11, 2014.  This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to showcase their organizations workplace flexibility strategies! Winners receive a number of benefits, including a benchmarking report with employee feedback and receive local and/or national recognition as employer of choice!  The Sloan Award application process is also a valuable tool for HR professionals looking to assess their company's current work-life offerings as all applicants receive a free benchmarking report, regardless of whether they are selected as a Sloan Award winner. 

The Sloan Awards are part of When Work Works, a research-based initiative to highlight how effective and flexible workplaces can yield positive business results and help employees succeed at work and at home. When Work Works is a joint partnership between Families and Work Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
