Ken Carrig is an executive vice president and chief administrative officer of SYSCO Corporation. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources and is on the advisory boards of the University of South Carolina's MBA School, Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and the University of Southern California's Center of Organizational Effectiveness.

Patrick M. Wright is Professor of Human Resource Studies and Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies, School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management (HRM). He has taught executive development programs at Cornell, University of Southern California, and Texas A&M.
