For years HR leaders have been striving to make human resources
core to their organizations’ strategies. Key to success in
that effort is forging a strong, productive relationship with the
CEO. Doing so involves being a partner in the vision and an executor
of strategy as well as a coach, counselor, and teller of truth
to power. In this program we will address important, yet often
overlooked, components of a successful relationship with the CEO
including shaping a legacy, wielding influence, coaching Alpha-types,
and keeping the feedback loop open and productive. You will have
ample opportunity for peer-to-peer learning as well as learning
from some of the world’s foremost thinkers and researchers.
