The program employs Lore’s proven Adaptive Coaching Model as the foundation for developing and enhancing your coaching abilities and creating cultures of coaching within your organization. As a development tool, the program serves to help you earn the right to coach at the most senior levels of your organization—enabling you to act as a contributor to your organization’s strategic direction.
