Exhibit Size: 8' x 10' (80 square feet)

Exhibit Cost: $1,500
Full payment ($1,500) is required for each 8' x 10' booth space rented. All requests for cancellations must be in writing. Fifty percent of the total booth cost will be refunded for all cancellations received before February 10, 2006. No requests for refunds will be granted after February 10, 2006.

Included in your rental fee:
• One complimentary full conference registration (access to keynote speaker, concurrent sessions, etc.).
• Two booth personnel registrations (access to the exhibit hall only).
• 7" x 44" one-line ID sign.
• 8' high back wall and 3' high side rail drapes.
• Exclusive exhibit hall hours.
• Complimentary lunches, receptions and networking opportunities in the exhibit hall.
• 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security.
• Company listing and 50-word description in Exhibit Directory (subject to print deadlines).
• 50 complimentary Expo-Only passes to offer to clients.

Booth Assignment:
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All contracts for exhibit space will be dated and assigned in the order received. Booth assignments will not be made unless accompanied by the full payment.

Note: Exhibitors can begin tear down at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31. Tear down must be completed by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1.

Dedicated time and special events have been planned into the exhibit hall hours. This is guaranteed networking time for exhibitors and attendees. We consider all exhibitors to be an essential part of this conference and we invite them to participate in the conference.

Direct Mail
Target conference attendees with a preshow and/or postshow mailing. Mailing lists of conference attendees will be available exclusively to exhibitors. Plan your conference promotions with the help of SHRM mailing lists.

The preshow mailing list is available approximately six weeks before the conference and the postshow list is available approximately three weeks after the conference. Mailing lists include attendee mailing addresses only. All attendees have the option to remove their name from the mailing list. Order forms for preshow and postshow mailing lists will be available in the exhibitor service kit.
