The SHRM Global Exposition is the premier trade show for global HR professionals to discuss current challenges and new ideas with industry experts. Exhibiting gives you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the more than 500 decision makers in the global HR industry. Some of the following areas of expertise will be featured in the exposition:

Exhibit Information
We are expecting approximately 650 attendees, not including exhibitor personnel, and 70 exhibiting companies. Below is all the information that you need to become an exhibitor and necessary information to start planning for the show.

Exhibit Size: 8' x 10' (80 square feet)

Exhibit Cost: $1,650
Full payment ($1,650) is required for each 8' x 10' booth space rented. All requests for cancellations must be in writing. Fifty percent of the total booth cost will be refunded for all cancellations received before January 18, 2008. No requests for refunds will be granted after January 18, 2008.

Included with each exhibit booth:
• An 8' tall back drape and a 3' high side rail.
• 7" x 44" one-line ID sign.
• One complimentary full conference exhibitor registration (access to keynote speaker, concurrent sessions, etc.).
• Two booth personnel registrations (access to the exhibit hall only).
• Exclusive exhibit hall hours.
• Complimentary lunches, receptions and networking opportunities in the exhibit hall.
• 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security.
• Company listing and 50-word description in Exhibit Directory (subject to print deadlines).
• 50 complimentary Exhibit Hall passes to invite your customers and prospects.

Booth Assignment: Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All contracts for exhibit space will be dated and assigned in the order received. Booth assignments will not be made unless accompanied by the full payment.

Table Topic Luncheon Discussions
Exhibitors are encouraged to lead a table topic discussion during the continental breakfast on Tuesday, April 1 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. These discussions are to be informal, yet provide an opportunity for attendees to learn and network. Topic leaders will be asked to facilitate introductions, give a brief overview and initiate discussions. Tables are limited and topics are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
