Keith Ferrazzi, who has been called one of the world's most "connected" individuals by both Forbes and Inc. magazines, is CEO of Ferrazzi Greenlight, a consulting and training company based in Los Angeles and New York. Ferrazzi has been named a "Global Leader for Tomorrow" by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, as well as one of the top "40 Under 40" business leaders by Crain's Business. His extraordinary rise to prominence has even inspired a Stanford Business School case study.

In addition to his book NEVER EAT ALONE, and Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time, he has authored numerous articles for leading business publications, including Inc., Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review. Daniel C. Esty is also the Hillhouse Professor of Environmental Law and Policy at Yale University. He is also the director of the Center for Business & Environment at Yale, the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy, as well as the Yale World Fellows Program.

As a long-time observer and participant in environmental policymaking across the United States and the world, Professor Esty provides prospective on how the environment is affecting the business world. He highlights the mega-trends that are reshaping the business-environment interface and provides guidance on how best to address the challenges that are emerging from climate change to water shortages to demands for energy efficiency and intensified pressure to address local air pollution and toxic exposures. He also spells out the upside opportunity that companies large and small—from GE and Wal-Mart to tiny start-ups—are finding to become environmental "solutions providers.".

Ann Rhoades is a dynamic and visionary HR executive with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of service-based industries. She has a respected reputation in the industry for her creative approach to creating cultures around fun and for blending cultures in merger situations. During her tenure with Doubletree Hotels, and later Promus Hotel Corporation, she built a service culture focused on delivering outstanding service to Guests. During the time she headed the People Department at Southwest Airlines, she solidified Southwest's reputation of retaining and hiring the best people in the airline business despite Southwest's rapid growth during that time. Most recently, she took responsibility for the creation of JetBlue Airways Corporation's People Team in New York.

Ms. Rhoades will speak about customer service and how to build a strong service culture. She will share her creative approach to developing cultures around fun; and her first-hand experiences in launching successful start-up companies, blending postmerger cultures and creating a legacy of people-centric organizations.

Eric Greitens is a decorated United States Navy SEAL, the founder of the Center for Citizen Leadership, a Rhodes Scholar, and a title-winning boxer. As a soldier, he has served in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and Southeast Asia. His rankings range from commander of a Joint Special Operations Task Unit, to commander of a Mark V Special Operations Craft Detachment, to commander of an Al Qaeda Targeting Cell.

He addresses a broad range of subjects vitally important to today's companies, including leadership and social responsibility, the next generation of American leadership, and service and the humanitarian ethic. He inspires his audiences to pursue socially responsible leadership that will benefit the community at large through stories of his many experiences around the world. In a rapidly changing world, it is easy to lose sight of the true purpose of leadership and humanitarianism; Mr. Greitens is sure to instill a sense of urgency to rediscover a balance between success in business and responsible leadership as a global citizen.

Steven Sonsino is an award-winning business school professor and a bestselling author. He teaches leaders how to inspire their people to higher levels of performance, productivity and profitability. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Management Development at London Business School. In his first three years with London Business School, he was director of the Emerging Leaders Programme, for up-and coming global leaders. He founded the Tomorrow's Leaders Research Group in 2002 at London Business School.
