Taxi cabs are located outside of the baggage claim area. A taxi ride from the airport is about $30.

Note: We have scheduled the closing general session luncheon ending at 1:30 p.m., so return travel will be possible on Friday afternoon.

Conference Attire
Business casual is appropriate throughout the conference. Be aware that meeting rooms tend to be cool so plan accordingly. Be sure to pack a light sweater or jacket for air-conditioned conference meeting rooms.

Palm Springs Area Activities

The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Visitors travel aboard the world's largest rotating tramcar experience a breathtaking journey up the sheer cliffs of Chino Canyon, as well as spectacular views of the desert. At the top take a hike among majestic trees and enjoy quiet serenity, or dine at one of the restaurants.

Indian Canyons
Located on Agua Caliente tribal land, the canyons are a must-see. Undisturbed natural beauty,combined with remarkably easy access makes for great hiking.

Moorten Botanical Garden
A living museum with thousands of varieties of cacti, succulents and flowers from all over the world. In addition, there's an abundance of birds, lizards and rabbits.
