HR in Alignment is a strategic program targeting senior HR professionals. In this two-day program, participants will discover innovative trends and strategic concepts through discussions, research reviews and published ideas by HR thought leaders. Using case study methodologies, this course helps you think about the way the individual HR disciplines interact and influence one another within a strategic framework. Furthermore, discover how HR competencies support this framework and why strategy, leadership, ethics and culture provide continuity and guideposts when making important decisions that craft an HR strategy.
