SHRM-AARP Strategic Workforce Planning Poll (April, 2012)
Follow-up research to the 2010 joint SHRM-AARP poll.  The new poll provides fresh data on the level of strategic workforce planning by U.S. organizations for the impact of baby boomer retirements.  It also analyzes the steps being taken by organizations to address this challenge and identifies the top perceived skills gaps between you and older workers.

This April 10, 2012, SHRM webcast, which carries recertification credit, features Bob Carr, SHRM’s SVP for Marketing & Communications, and Jean Setzfand, AARP’s Vice President of Financial Security.
