The 32nd annual International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) HRMS Strategies Conference and Technology Exposition will be held in Chicago on April 30-May 3, 2012.
HR information management professionals will be able to keep abreast on best practices and trends on such topics as workforce metrics and analytics; social media and Web 2.0; talent management; software as a service; workforce planning and recruiting; mobile applications; and global HR systems selection and implementation. In these sessions, industry leaders will share with attendees their expertise and insight, according to a news release.
“For more than 31 years, IHRIM’s annual event has brought together international thought leaders in the HRIM community with business leaders to exchange innovative ideas as well as build and strengthen valuable relationships,” said IHRIM CEO Lynne Mealy.
“Because of this, the IHRIM 2012 Conference and Technology Exposition is a must-attend event—especially since the industry today is at a critical juncture where everything from mobile devices and applications to servers and social networking will impact HR technology in ways companies need to prepare for.”
