SHRM India conducts research on topics of interest for today’s HR practitioner as well as trends for the future. For example, early in 2006, SHRM India partnered with several Indian organizations on a Corporate Social Responsibility Survey that focused on the commitment of organizations to balance financial performance with contributions to the quality of life of their employees, the local community and society at large.
