The Global Learning System is designed for HR professionals with at least two years of practical HR job experience. The primary focus is the global practice and application of human resources. Basic HR practices such as compensation, selection, legal practices and benefits will be covered briefly. Each module has a case study that demonstrates how the content is applied in practical situations.
