Six Modules
There are six modules in the SHRM Global
Learning System that cover all aspects of global
human resources. These modules are:

SHRM assembled a world-class team of global
HR and course development experts to create the learning system.
It contains many new and exciting features, and will provide
you with an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience.
The Global Learning System is designed for HR
professionals with at least two years of practical HR job
experience. The primary focus is the global practice and application
of human resources. Basic HR practices such as compensation,
selection, legal practices and benefits will be covered briefly.
For those who want a more comprehensive basic
training, we recommend SHRM's The Essentials of Human Resource
Management as a prerequisite.
Strategic

integrates your company's strategy and goals.
