Once you purchase the SHRM Global Learning System™, you will receive your product early January 2004.

Shipping, Return Policy and Guarantee

Orders of most stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Items are shipped via UPS. Expedited service is available for an additional cost.

SHRM is dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases from the SHRM Store®, please return the item(s), in the same condition as received, within 15 days of date of receipt. Once the Global Learning System is opened it cannot be returned. We will replace your purchase or, if you prefer, issue a refund (less shipping and handling). Returns after 15 days will be refunded 50% of the purchase price. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
