About the Presenters
John Wilson, an attorney for more than 25 years, is co-founder of GoffWilson, P.A., a prominent immigration law firm in New England. Wilson has been selected as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” multiple times in the "immigration law category." Formerly a member of the National SHRM Global Panel, he also serves on New Hampshire State HR Council, Diversity Section and he provides I-9 compliance consulting services to employers across the United States. In addition, he currently serves as Commercial Consul to France for the State of New Hampshire.
Grace Miller is an attorney at GoffWilson. She handles business-based visas, including investor visas, TN professionals, and visas for intracompany transferees. Ms. Miller advises U.S. businesses on issues surrounding I-9 compliance, E-Verify, Social Security mismatch letters; additionally she handles family based immigrant visas and consulate processing matters.
