Gautam Ahuja, Ph.D., University of Michigan
Gautam Ahuja, Ph.D., teaches at the University of Michigan Business School where he was recently chosen as the Best Professor by the MBA students. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Professor Ahuja taught at The University of Texas at Austin, where he received numerous teaching awards and honors and was chosen Best Professor by the MBA students in 1997, 1999, 2000 and 2001. Since 1998 he has also been recognized as outstanding faculty in Business Week's annual guide to the top business schools.
Dr. Ahuja started his own company and served in various managerial positions with Pond's / Unilever. Some of his recent work on acquisitions is being profiled in Sloan Management Review. He is an Associate Editor for Management Science, and a member of the Editorial Board for the journals Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly and Strategic Organization.
Dr. Ahuja often teaches Building Business Strategy and Strategic Management of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Bradford S. Bell, Cornell University
Bradford S. Bell is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the School
of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial
and Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University. Dr. Bell's research
interests include strategic talent management, employee learning and development, and
team development and performance. His research has appeared in the Journal of Applied
Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Human Resource Management, Human Resource
Development Quarterly, Group and Organizational Management, and the International
Journal of Selection and Assessment.
In addition, Dr. Bell has published numerous chapters that have appeared in edited
research volumes. Dr. Bell has worked as an HR consultant for numerous private and
public firms, developing and evaluating training and performance appraisal systems,
facilitating the strategic planning process, and leading organizational change efforts. Dr. Bell
is a member of the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational
Psychology, American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human
Resource Management.
Dr. Bell will be teaching the Talent Management course.
Richard Coffinberger, J.D., George Mason University
Richard Coffinberger, J.D. is an Associate Professor of Business Legal Studies at George Mason University where he was honored as the "Professor of the Year" by the Executive MBA Class of 2002. He is Past President of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and currently serves on the Executive Committee of George Mason’s Faculty Senate and as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies Education.
His research has been published in the Labor Law Journal, Journal of Collective Negotiations in the Public Sector, Commercial Law Journal, Business Law Review, Uniform Commercial Code Law Journal and the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing.
Mr. Coffinberger often teaches Business Law.
Christopher J. Collins, Ph.D., Cornell University
Christopher J. Collins, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. His research interests include strategic human resource management, firm innovation and knowledge creation, employee recruitment and employment brand equity.
Dr. Collins' research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Performance, Human Resource Management Review, and the Academy of Management Proceedings.
Dr. Collins often teaches Creating an HR Strategy and Building Business Strategy.

John Haggerty is managing director of Cornell ILR Executive Education and member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies (CAHRS).
Mahesh P. Joshi, Ph.D., George Mason University
Mahesh P. Joshi, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Management at George Mason University, Fairfax VA. Professor Joshi's research interests span a variety of topics. Currently, he is working on corporate entrepreneurship among technology intensive firms. His other research interests include e-Business and its relation to strategic change, role of middle managers in strategic changes, post-deregulation global strategic changes that are necessary in global industries and role of institutional investors and top management teams in the area of corporate governance.
He has published articles in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Long Range Planning, Journal of Operations Management, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of International Management, New England Journal of Entrepreneurship, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of International Management, Corporate Reputation Review and Journal of Management Education.
He has taught a wide variety of courses such as strategic management, capstone course, e-business strategies, international business, global strategies, managing strategic change, project management, human side of mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, industry analysis and principles of management. Mahesh has been teaching these courses to undergraduate, graduate and executive students. Mahesh received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and International Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Prior to receiving his Ph.D., he worked six years in the field of international management and conducted business in several countries.
Dr. Joshi often teaches Developing Business Models.
Quinetta M. Roberson, Cornell University
Quinetta M. Roberson is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in the
School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. She earned her Ph.D. in
Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland. In addition, she holds a B.S.
from the University of Delaware in Finance and Accounting and an M.B.A. from the
University of Pittsburgh in Finance and Strategic Planning. Dr. Roberson's research
interests center on contextual investigations of organizational justice issues—particularly
fairness in work teams and specific human resource contexts. In addition, she does
research in the area of strategic diversity management—specifically, building climates for
diversity and inclusion in organizations and linking diversity management initiatives to
bottom-line outcomes.
Her research has appeared in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied
Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel
Psychology and Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management. Prior to getting
her doctorate, Dr. Roberson worked as a financial and marketing analyst at CoreStates
Bank in Philadelphia, PA serving in both the large corporate and small business
commercial lending areas. In addition, she served as a strategic planning and business
process consultant for the Small Business Administration, and several private and public
organizations.
Dr. Roberson will be teaching the Talent Management course.
Marla Bradley, CEO, Bradley Lambert, Inc.
Marla Bradley founded her own company in 1979, with a vision to help people improve individual performance in the workplace, by applying the latest management skills and translating management needs into "learning that transforms individuals and organizations." Under her guidance, Bradley Lambert has grown to include a team of professionals who have effectively designed and implemented thousands of tailored skill development programs that use the client’s language and organizational specific issues to achieve the desired performance improvement. Ms. Bradley is known for her ability to quickly organize large amounts of input, think on her feet in front of large groups and is frequently asked to facilitate challenging meetings at the highest level in large companies.
She is currently an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program at Loyola Marymount University. Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration from University of Southern California.
Ms. Bradley often teaches Business Process Outsourcing: Essential Tools and Methods and all of the courses in the Finance Area of Study.
Dianna Booher, author
As a prolific author of more than 40 books, Dianna Booher has published with Simon & Schuster/Pocket Books, Warner, HarperCollins, and McGraw-Hill. Her latest books include Your Signature Work®, Your Signature Life®, Speak with Confidence®!, E-Writing, Communicate with Confidence®!, and From Contact to Contract. Several have been selections by major book-clubs.
Her works have been published in 14 foreign editions. Major media such as Good Morning America, CNN , USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and National Public Radio have interviewed her for critical opinions on workplace communication. Clients of her communication training and consulting firm, Booher Consultants, include IBM, MCI, AMR, Bank of America, Bristol Myers Squibb, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, JC Penney, Deloitte & Touche, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, the U.S. Senate, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Reserve Banks, and NASA.

Douglas M. McCabe, Ph.D., Georgetown University
Professor of Management at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Washington, D.C.
- He is the Author of more than 200 articles, papers, monographs as well as speeches presented at professional meetings, seminars, and conventions in the area of employee relations.
- He has appeared more than 200 times on international, national, and local television and radio. His television credits include being interviewed on ABC World News Tonight, NBC Nightly News, and the CBS Evening News.
- His print media credits include being quoted in Business Week, U.S. News & World Report, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, and the Milwaukee Journal.
- He has conducted more than 250 training programs in the areas of employee relations, human resource management, and negotiations.
- He is twice Recipient of The Joseph F. LeMoine Award for Teaching Excellence at Georgetown University. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Jerald M. Jellison, Ph.D., USC
Jerald M. Jellison, Ph.D. is a professor of social psychology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles where he has been honored with multiple teaching excellence awards. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for the USC Credit Union.
For the past 30 years he has been teaching his practical change management techniques to clients such as 3M, Daimler-Benz, PriceWaterHouse, Qualcomm, St. Paul Companies, Sun Microsystems, Toyota Motor Sales and the U.S. Air Force.
Dr. Jellison often teaches Managing Individual and Organizational Change.
Iris Firstenberg, Ph.D., UCLA
Iris Firstenberg, Ph.D. is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she teaches courses on problem solving and decision making. From UCLA, she received her B.A. in Linguistics and Psychology, M.A. in Consumer Behavior and Psychology, and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology. Dr. Firstenberg has collaborated with Professor Moshe F. Rubinstein for the last ten years, teaching seminars and co-authoring two books with him, including the current Minding Organizations.
Dr. Firstenberg often teaches Creating a Culture of Innovation.
