He proudly served as an HR executive with the National Labor Relations Board, the Social Security Administration, and was the president of the board of directors for the Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies. Brice is a lifelong resident of the Washington area and currently lives in Rockville, Maryland with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
