Recertification Hours: 7
If most firms describe people as their most important asset, then why isn't the workforce managed like a strategic asset in most businesses? A firm's human capital is the result of a strategically aligned and managed HR architecture that includes the HR function, the broader HR system as implemented by line managers and the workforce.
Taught by Mark Huselid, co-author of The HR Scorecard: Linking People, Strategy & Performance (with Brian Becker and David Ulrich, 2001), this session helps you learn how to develop measurement systems that assess the contribution of the workforce, HR architecture and HR function to your firm's strategic success.
You will receive a complimentary copy of The HR Scorecard and The Workforce Scorecard with your course registration.
