Customer Service Profile is a biodata assessment developed specifically for use in selecting employees who will work in customer service positions. Taking less than 30 minutes to complete, the Customer Service Profile uses 92 multiple choice biodata items to predict job performance in a customer service role. High scores on the Customer Service Profile are associated with superior job performance in customer service positions as well as with higher levels of job satisfaction and greater intentions to stay in the position for an additional year. The validation sample is based upon more than 1400 employees working in customer service positions.
