Aditya has lived on every continent except Antarctica and brings over 12 years of experience in corporate training, business communication, learning architecture and instructional design. Over the course of his career, he has designed over 2000 learning solutions ranging from classroom and virtual-instructor led to e-learning, mobile and blended platforms. Aditya managed Deloitte's Communication Excellence program in Mumbai designing cutting edge learning interventions for global consultants and facilitating signature programs on logical structuring, value propositions, cross-cultural communication among several others. He has been associated with Cognizant, IDBI and NIIT in the past as well. He is passionate about helping professionals and teams articulate their value in a manner that boosts their credibility and creates lasting impressions on stakeholders. He is excited about how disruptive innovation is changing the corporate learning landscape and spends hours ideating about digital and mobile learning and its impact on performance improvement.
