Ms. Shanta Vallury Gandhi is the Head of Human Resource, CSR and Internal Branding at RBL Bank. Ms. Gandhi brings with her over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector spanning various roles and functions including Business & HR, CSR. She is part of the core transformational team that set up RBL Bank. As part of her transformation she has been instrumental in setting up and changing the Gender Diversity Committee of the Bank. She has designed and implemented policies to make RBL Bank a safe and progressive organisation for women and other diversity candidates. She has recently launched “RETAKE” a second career for women and under CSR is focussed on inclusion as a goal with diversity as a strategy. Ms. Gandhi has a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Masters in Economics from University of Mumbai.

Sukhjit Singh Pasricha joined the Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2019 as Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). His responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions to secure long term growth for the company by leading training, talent acquisition and career development activities across Kotak Mahindra Group companies. In a career spanning 25 years, Sukhjit has been in leadership position across sectors and in complex businesses that operate in both the B2B and B2C spaces. He has been instrumental in building business-aligned HR strategies, driving HR transformational projects and strengthening organisational capabilities through formulation & implementation of HR processes and ensuring proactive HR interventions.Prior to joining Kotak, Sukhjit was Chief of HR & Admin at Bajaj Finance, CHRO at IndiGo Airlines, and was in leadership roles at companies such as Bharti Airtel, PepsiCo and Spice Communications. Sukhjit has done his BA Hons in Sociology from Chandigarh and holds an MBA degree in Human Resources. As part of his fitness regimen, Sukhjit likes to run and play various sports. Supporting social causes is close to his heart and he takes time out do volunteer work regularly.
