Every system tries to maintain balance with its environment by self-correcting or sending signals that warrant correction. The current environment is pushing companies to re-invent the way they work. There's no doubt that a more automated future is coming. Employers predict 17 percent of work will be automated by 2020, compared to about 5 percent in 2014, according to Willis Towers Watson, a global consulting company.

Organizations that invest in employee experience are more productive, valuable, attractive, innovative, profitable, and have superior stock performance than those who don't. These "Experiential Organizations" crush the competition in every metric, says Jacob Morgan author of the book Employee Experience Advantage.

Yuvaraj Srivastava Yuvaraj Srivastava, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, MakeMyTrip
Yuvaraj is the Group Chief Human Resource Officer of MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo and RedBus and is responsible for the Human resource function of all these three entities. He has worked in the organisations like PepsiCo, Oberoi group of Hotels, Asian Paints and Indian Armed forces in various capacities. He has been recognized by various professional bodies for his contribution in the HR field, "LinkedIn Power Profiles of India - 2016" by LinkedIn, "100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders" - 2015 by CHRO Asia Forum of World HRD Congress, "Most Influential HR Leaders in India by World CHRO forum in 2017 and "World's Greatest CHRO - 2017 by AsiaOne, in 2017 at Dubai, are few of them. Yuvaraj is also a Member of Advisory Committee of Central Board of Film Certification of Govt of India. He is passionate about Coaching, OD and learning & development and has been accredited as certified trainer for various courses and programs. Yuvaraj is an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad and graduate in Industrial Psychology from University of Allahabad. Hardeep Singh Yuvraj Baghwala, Vice President - HR Transformation & HR Shared Services Leader, Genpact India
Yuvraj Baghwala has more than 22 years of experience in HR, Training, Operations and Sales in Pharma and IT Enabled Services sectors. Yuvraj joined Genpact in 1998 in the Insurance and Financial Services vertical and currently heads Global HR Transformation and Global HR Shared Services. He is responsible for driving HR transformation through Standardization & Simplification of processes, policies, technology across Genpact delivery centers in 26 countries. He is focused on implementing the Cloud Strategy for HR Systems through best of breed technology solutions that leverage Social, Mobility, Analytics and Digital platforms. Prior to this role, he was the HR Business Partner to the Consumer Goods, Retail and Life Sciences vertical in Genpact. He has spent 8 years in Operations, Six Sigma & Training roles with a large Insurance client as well. Prior to Genpact he led sales for Raptakos Brett Neutraceuticals Division for North India. Yuvraj is a Post Graduate and a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI), LOMA, USA. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has also held the position of Genpact HR Master Black Belt for several years.

Over the last two decades he has been an entrepreneur, a student of human resources and as a consultant to many Fortune 500 Organizations on areas of Employee Experience, Talent, Leadership, Organization Design & Development, Leadership Development. Hardeep carries rich experience of managing businesses for Right Management, Max Life Insurance in various leadership roles. He studied HR at XLRI, Jamshedpur and additionally he is an Accredited Executive Coach and coaches business leaders across the region.

Neha Pant, SHRM SCP, works as a Senior Knowledge Advisor in the Knowledge Advisory Services at SHRM India, focussed on helping clients achieve their business objectives through effective consultation and project management. She designs and delivers solutions on Leadership Development, Change Management and Organization Development. Over the last 10 years, she has worked extensively in the area of Learning and OD in organizations such as Adobe, Evalueserve and Wipro. A passionate facilitator, she has facilitated more than 100 virtual learning sessions and close to 3000 hours of class-room learning. She is a certified SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and Saville practitioner.
