Dr. Ed Hasan is the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Human Capital, an evidence-based organizational development, leadership coaching, and human resource consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles metro areas.
Dr. Hasan is an Adjunct Professor in Georgetown University's Master's in HR program. Prior to joining Georgetown University, he was an Adjunct Instructor at George Mason University. He also serves as a Subject Matter Expert and Instructor for the Society of Human Resource Management and is a frequent speaker regarding business strategy, leadership, diversity, and change management.
In 2013, Dr. Hasan was selected as one of George Mason University's "20 Prominent Patriots in Business," exemplifying his engagement as a citizen, a well-rounded scholar, and a person prepared to act through innovation, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurialism. In 2014, he was a nominee for The Human Resources Leadership Awards (HLRA) in two categories: Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Dr. Hasan received a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the University of Scranton, and a B.S. in Decision Sciences & Management Information Systems from George Mason University. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
