Since founding Bradley Lambert, Inc. in 1979, Marla Bradley, SHRM-SCP, has led the firm in designing and implementing thousands of tailored skill development programs in leadership, finance, communication and team building. Workshops have been delivered in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Her firm has delivered programs to over 500,000 professionals.
Marla is known for her ability to quickly organize large amounts of input and to think on her feet in front of large groups and is frequently asked to facilitate challenging meetings at the highest level in large companies.
Marla has taught at Cal State University Northridge, UCLA and USC. She was also an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program at Loyola University.
Marla has been a SHRM seminars instructor for 20 years.
She received her Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
