Patricia Sullivan, Ph.D. is a leadership coach and trainer; and a strategic HR consultant. She has over 20 years' experience leading HR teams and 15 years working in adult education, training and leadership coaching. Her passion for Human Resources and leadership excellence has directed her profession and learning activities. Patti's HR philosophy and focus relates to continuous improvement, values-based leadership and learning organization cultures. Dr. Sullivan is an adjunct professor in HRD at Villanova University and she designs and facilitates courses for various corporate learning programs. Patricia earned her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida; her major was Adult Education, while focusing research on Leadership Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement. She was awarded an undergraduate and graduate degree from Temple University, with a Human Resources concentration.
