She has successfully impacted customer satisfaction and overall retention rates at BizLibrary by implementing several new models and was recently recognized as a Top 100 Influencer of Customer Success by MindTouch.
Erin Boettge is the marketing content manager at BizLibrary. She is responsible for all aspects of content development, including development of e-books, guides, infographics, webinars and more. She conducts research about HR topics to deliver the best content to the BizLibrary audience.
